Job Description
As an Support Engineer you will:
- Communicate with all of our clients contracted to our dynamic technical support department
- Provide feedback and develop custom functionality for our solutions
- Contribute to cutting-edge software for data mining and decision support systems (merchandise planning, demand forecasting, supply chain planning, and others) for international customers
- You will be trained on state-of-the-art decision support systems and data-analysis platforms
- Be based in Thessaloniki full-time
Desired Skills
- At minimum, a post-graduate degree (MSc) in Computer Science or BSc in Electrical Engineering
- Experience as a plus
- Confident Unix/Linux user with Shell scripting understanding and experience
- Advanced Excel user
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Russian is a plus
- Passion for Programming & Technology
