Job Description
As an Solution Analyst you will:
- Understand and perform information analysis as well as data analysis & manipulation
- Identify the various parameters that need to be adjusted in order for the new software to display maximum efficiency
- Recognize which new processes must be added to support the new software
- Embed the new processes into the current flow
- Assist with Solutions Tuning and Optimization
- Define and implement KPIs per Solution
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements from various audiences
- Travel to Europe, the US, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia
Desired Skills
- At minimum, a BS in Mathematics, Informatics, Computer Science or any other data oriented discipline
- Experience as a plus
- Familiar with Databases and data manipulation techniques; understanding and designing information flow and data requirements
- Strong documentation skills and organization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Use technology, resources and time efficiently
- Ability to learn quickly and apply information to appropriate tasks
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
