The results
Veltio built a hands-off, automated Demand Forecasting and Supply Chain solution that greatly improved margins and sell-through.
The new system helped reduce losses, i.e., write-offs due to expiration date, errors in orders and inefficient replenishment processes.
Increased forecast accuracy for promo and non-promo items as well as reduction in out-of-stocks led to increased revenue for Podrushka.
