Job Description

As an Business Consultant you will:

  • Be trained on state-of-the-art decision support systems and data-analysis platforms
  • Participate in retail projects involving planning and optimization solutions (Assortment and Merchandise Financial Planning, Pricing, Forecasting, Replenishment)
  • Participate in the design of the functional architecture of information systems, develop functional documentation and relevant training collateral
  • Develop mathematical models for evaluating potential effects from system implementation
  • Build ROI models and business cases
  • Have travel opportunities to countries in Europe, the US, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia

Desired Skills

  • At minimum an MBA or an MSc in Business studies, Retail or relevant and BSc in Mathematics, Engineering or Informatics
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Consultant preferably in the retail industry
  • A good understanding of retail business processes
  • Experience in implementing IT projects is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, ability to structure received data
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian or Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively (20% at minimum)
